I Have a Question About a Piece of Jewellery!
We want you to be 100% satisfied! For that reason, we examine, describe and photograph all of our jewellery with the utmost care. You can rely on our years of experience in the trade, as well as our expertise as graduated art historians.
In our descriptions, we always also indicate any signs of age and defects and never hide them in our photos – this saves you from any unpleasant surprises when your package arrives.
As a member of various trader and expert organisations like the British Society of Jewellery Historians, we remain committed to the highest possible degree of accuracy. We are members of the Confédération Internationale des Négociants en Œuvre d'Art (CINOA) and of the Kunsthändlerverband Deutschland. We act in accordance with the strict ethical codes of conduct of the professional associations in order to offer you the greatest possible security when shopping with us.
Furthermore, we are member of the British Society of Jewellery Historians, a scientific society for the study of historical jewellery that exists since 1977. Lectures and publications by the Society also expand our knowledge of the history of the jewellery we offer.
If you have any specific questions about our jewellery, just send us an email or give us a call. We are happy to be there for you and are at your side with help and advice!

Do you have a question about the conversion of the various international ring size definitions? We have created an overview for you here.

How Do You Help to Protect the Environment?
Help us support the environment: Together with the British association Antiques Are Green, we are committed to the survival of antique jewellery. They do more than help conserve valuable resources. Using antique gems also helps to avoid the ethical and moral questions that so often arise with newly acquired stones in Africa, Asia and South America.
Over the years, we have repeatedly purchased pieces of jewellery that unfortunately could not be restored. We use the precious metals and gemstones recovered in this way for our own collection of rings made from sustainable materials.
And we are taking other concrete steps to help the environment. For shipping, we rely on the GoGreen campaign by DHL, which guarantees climate-neutral shipping. Our packaging supplies are made from recycled materials whenever possible. Finally, iIn our office and showroom in Berlin, we use climate-neutral electricity – we hope to be able to make at least a small contribution in order to allow us all to appreciate wonderful antique jewellery for years to come, which we’re happy to offer you.
Do You Buy Jewellery From Estates?
We acquire most of our jewellery while travelling through Europe and at international auctions. But we also regularly buy larger collections and estates from private individuals, because every now and then it happens that someone owns pieces of jewellery that are no longer worn. Be it through an inheritance or because personal taste has changed, often the most interesting pieces still end up in the drawer. However, we believe that the purpose of jewellery is to adorn a person - so please contact us if you would like to sell antique jewellery.
We’re happy to help if you would like to sell an entire estate or a collection, for example as part of an inheritance, a donation or testamentary donations to a foundation. Contact us for more information.
Do You Rent Jewellery for Film Productions?
Are you looking to provide a film or TV film with authentic, real jewellery that corresponds to the times without resorting to imitation pieces from stock? We’re happy to help and rent the fitting pieces from our collection.
In previous years, we’ve provided jewellery for film productions with Götz George, Katja Riemann, Jan Josef Liefers, Jessica Schwarz and many others.
