Within Germany and the EU, we will be able to have your parcel delivered until Christmas Eve if your order is placed and payment received by Friday, 20th December 2024, noon GMT, at the latest.
If you wish to have a ring size altered, the date moves to Monday, 16th December 2024.
We ship with DHL and DHL Express and bear the costs of shipping. For non-EU orders, however, the last possible date may be earlier. If you have any questions, please call us or send us an e-mail.
Please note: The offer does not apply to customisations at the customer's request. It is possible that DHL Express will not deliver the package until the morning of 24.12.
We never charge shipping costs! Our goal is to help your jewellery selection reach you as directly, quickly and safely.
However, additional charges may apply when shipping to countries outside the EU. More about this further down on this page.
We work primarily with DHL and DHL Express. We’ve had good experiences with them over the years.
Your purchase will reach you securely packaged. We use double packaging so nothing can go wrong on the way to you and never add any logos or other information that could indicate what’s inside the package.
The invoice for your purchase will be included in the package. If you would like the invoice to be sent to a different address or by e-mail, just let us know and we will be happy to follow your wishes.
Our shipments can be tracked at any time and delivery in Germany is usually completed within 3 to 5 workdays and within 5 to 7 days for foreign addresses after the date of completed order payment. Delivery is even completed on Saturdays, but not on Sundays and public holidays.
Gifts, engagement rings and other occasions – should you need a piece of jewellery fast, we can organise express shipping for you. Different express couriers deliver a stunning gift within 24 hours or even less right to your home. But please note: Express shipping times and prices may vary when shipping to locations outside of Germany.

Delivery directly to a Packstation within Germany is of course no problem. Just be sure to enter the information correctly for the package station in the "Delivery address" field and don’t forget your postal code. Please note that we only deliver goods worth up to a maximum of 1000 EUR to package stations.

In addition to the shipping costs, which we cover for you, additional costs such as customs duties or other charges may be charged for deliveries to countries outside the European Union. These are levied on the shipment by your home country and unfortunately we have no influence on this. These costs must be paid by you in order to receive our package.
If you’d like you pick up your jewellery selection right in our showroom, just give us a call and make an appointment so that we can get everything organised for you.
We don’t have set opening hours in our showroom but are happy to find time for you.
We want you to be 100% satisfied! For that reason, we examine, describe and photograph all of our jewellery with the utmost care.
Should you for some reason not be satisfied, please don’t hesitate to contact us so that we can find a solution together. In any case, you can return any article within one month and we will refund the full purchase price. The only exceptions to this are pieces of jewellery made or customised at your request, such as rings that we have resized for you.
To return a piece of jewellery to us, simply call us or send us an e-mail. We will organise the return shipment together with you. We will bear the costs for the return shipment.
Return shipping is by DHL or DHL Express, depending on the value and country of delivery.

Please note: Most of our antique jewellery is subject to differential taxation according to § 25a UStG (special regulation). Therefore, the VAT included in the purchase price is not shown separately on the invoice for these pieces of jewellery.
