How Do I Shop with You?

Your shopping with us should be easy, convenient and a pleasure. To this end, we are constantly improving our online shop and hope to have set up everything in such a way that it is self-explanatory. However, should you have a question or two, please feel free to call us or send us an e-mail.

Just place the piece(s) of jewellery in your shopping cart and then click on "Checkout". Our website will then guide you through all the necessary questions. Before you submit your order, you also have the option of sending us a message with your order, e.g. if you would like us to customise a ring for you. For this purpose, you can use the "Notes and wishes" field on the "Checkout" page.

We usually ship your order on the day we receive your payment, or as soon as our goldsmiths have finished your piece of jewellery. You can find more detailed information on shipping here. Of course, you will receive an e-mail with all information about our package on the day of dispatch.

We are also happy to accept orders for jewellery in person. Many questions can often be answered faster and better in a face-to-face conversation than at a distance on the internet. We will be happy to advise you!

Which Payment Methods Do You Offer?

You can pay with us in an uncomplicated way. We offer you various methods of payment. However, we always ship our packages only after receipt of payment. You can choose between:

• Payment by bank transfer
• Payment by PayPal
• Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), processed via Paypal
• Direct debit via Paypal
• Payment with cash or credit card or girocard (EC card) for self-collection at our office in Berlin Kreuzberg

I Have a Voucher. How Can I Redeem It?

A code is printed on the voucher. You can simply enter this code on the "Checkout" page at the end of the ordering process. The voucher amount will then be automatically deducted from the invoice amount.
